Approach

We evaluate how work gets done. Our approach helps identify what’s working, what’s slowing you down, and how to streamline for better efficiency.

From file management to communication habits—and everything in between—we take a structured look at your workflow using our AC/DC Checklist: Assets, Communication, Distractions, and Complement.

A = Assets

Your files and tools are the foundation of your workflow. If they’re scattered or hard to access, productivity takes a hit. We take a close look at how you store, organize, and share information to ensure everything is where you need it, when you need it.

  • Where do you keep your files?

  • How do you share your files?

  • What is your file structure?

  • What are all the tools you use to get your job done?

C = Communication

Clear, purposeful communication keeps work moving—too many tools or unclear messaging slows it down. Are your conversations and meetings helping or hindering progress?

For example:

  • Do you have a central dashboard that links all of your information?

  • Are your communication tools (email, Slack, Zoom, etc.) used with a clear purpose?

  • How do you determine who actually needs to be in a meeting?

  • Is remote work info easy to find in one central location?

D = Distractions

Distractions don’t just slow you down—they derail entire projects. The key is cutting through the noise and focusing on what matters most.

For example:

  • How do you prioritize? (That’s a doozy.)

  • Are roles clearly defined to avoid duplicate effort?

  • Multitasking… helpful or just chaos?

  • How do you manage the flood of incoming information?

C = Complement

Improvement isn’t just about fixing problems—it’s about recognizing your accomplishments and growing from that new plateau. Celebrating what works helps you build momentum and refine your workflow.

This compliment is a complement to everything else.
